San Diego -- KFMB radio has entered into an agreement with "Big Tuna Bill" Ghiselin to carry The Rod and Reel Radio Show on 760 KFMB Talk Radio. The program will air every Sunday between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The program will begin on March 5 and follow the Sunday San Diego Charger broadcast, CBS sports specials and KFMB special sports programming. KFMB has aired fishing talk shows for several years. Throughout the years, the shows have increased in popularity and the new show will follow the same format as in the past of: expert guests, open phone call ins and prize drawings for the callers. "Big Tuna Bill" will host the live broadcast and The Rod and Reel Radio Show will also host fishing reports and fishing tips for the experienced and novice angler alike. "Big Tuna Bill" Ghiselin received his nickname several years ago for landing a large tuna and winning a small tournament in Mexico. Ghiselin is also the manager of Try Baja, a wholesale and retail hotel and fishing reservation service.
